Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandiser to optimise product visibility and the online customer journey across our websites. You’ll work with Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing to ensure products are easy to find, well presented and aligned with trading priorities, driving sales and improving performance.

You’ll use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, with strong Excel and analytics skills a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in online merchandising and data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with web analytics tools.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage online product placement and ensure accurate categorisation.
• Optimise site navigation, filters and search to aid product discovery.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams.
• Analyse website performance to drive improvements in KPIs.
• Implement trading actions to maximise sales and conversion.
• Deliver website enhancements improving customer experience and commercial results.
