Job summary
Fenwick is seeking a Digital Assistant Trader to join the Digital Trading team in our fashion categories. You’ll support with online merchandising, reporting, forecasting and campaigns, helping shape how products are presented online to engage customers.
Ideal candidates are highly numerate, detail-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify, Nosto or Klaviyo is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce is advantageous with an understanding of digital merchandising principles.
- Analytical and numerate mind is a must to drive sales and profit.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify, Nosto and Klaviyo is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Support regular trade reporting and analysis.
- Provide insights on sales, stock, conversion and customer behaviour.
- Coordinate campaigns, brand launches and seasonal opportunities.
- Ensure products are well-merchandised across the site.
- Contribute to testing on content, launches and digital journeys.
