Mint Velvet is seeking a Digital Trading Assistant to support ecommerce trading and growth in a hybrid role based in High Wycombe. You’ll work across the business to learn how a fashion retailer trades online, using data to optimize performance and campaigns.

This entry-level role suits someone with enthusiasm for fashion, strong data skills and a collaborative mindset, with room for progression as the Digital team grows.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel, analytics and numerical skills.
• Experience or interest in ecommerce and fashion.
• Curiosity and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trading of the Mint Velvet website to drive growth.
• Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to identify trends.
• Assist weekly trade reporting and share insights with the Digital team.
• Support optimisation of category pages, product placement and site navigation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Buying, Content and Product teams to deliver campaigns and launches.
• Help ensure products and campaigns go live accurately and on time.
• Contribute ideas to improve conversion and overall site performance.
• Assist with testing and optimisation initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity and digital trends to identify opportunities.
