Job summary

Howden is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support its Early Careers portfolio in a fast‑paced environment. You will coordinate insights programmes, work experience, internships and graduate schemes while ensuring seamless logistics and stakeholder communication.

The role requires strong planning, data reporting and PowerPoint skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for creating opportunities for young people.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination, administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to create high‑quality presentations.
• Strong data management, reporting and dashboarding capability.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support across the Early Careers portfolio.
• Coordinate delivery of insight programmes, work experience, internships, graduate programmes and apprenticeships.
• Manage programme logistics, calendars, milestones, meetings and deadlines.
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, reports and stakeholder updates.
• Maintain programme data, trackers and dashboards with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Early Careers recruitment activities including candidate communications and assessment centres.
