Job summary

Silmid is seeking an Online Visual Merchandiser to optimize the online shopping experience across Silmid.com and GracoRoberts.com. You will manage presentation and merchandising, collaborate with the E‑Commerce Manager, and drive product discoverability and conversions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ ecommerce experience, proficiency with Google Analytics and Adobe Photoshop/Indesign/Illustrator, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid team.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Ecommerce websites.
Strong experience with Google Analytics and product content management.
Proficient in Photoshop, Indesign or Illustrator for visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

Support content strategies, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions across Silmid.com and GracoRoberts.com.
Collaborate with Product Management to optimize product information and on-site merchandising.
Develop bundles, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and on-site promotional content.
Manage category structures, sort orders, search merchandising, and product visibility.
Create digital assets and ensure brand consistency; apply SEO best practices.
