Job summary

Clarks is seeking an eCommerce Visual Merchandiser to drive the UK & ROI online trading plan. You will optimise websites, analyse consumer journeys, and collaborate with brand and ecommerce teams to maximise conversions and net turnover.

You will manage on-site navigation, implement banner updates with front-end developers, and ensure consistent brand experiences across digital channels. A flexible, proactive, remote-capable mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as an ecommerce Visual Merchandiser or similar online retail trading role.
• Strong data analytics to drive commercial decisions.
• Experience with Hybris and Monetate.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage the digital trading plan for the UK and ROI ecommerce sites.
• Optimize and maintain ecommerce sites; perform regular housekeeping and journey analysis.
• Provide weekly site performance data and recommendations to improve conversion and sales.
• Coordinate with Ecommerce Trading, Performance Manager and Front-End Devs for banner updates and site navigation.
• Align onsite and marketing plans to maximise consumer experience and conversions.
• Collaborate with the digital Merchandiser on seasonal product focus and categorisation.
