The role is based in central London with hybrid working (three days per week remote), collaborating with internal and vendor resources on case management, field service, and sales/marketing modules.

Qualifications

Demonstrable multi-organisational background in solutions architecture.
Well-versed in the Well-Architected Framework.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 including Case Management and Field Service.
Experience with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Comfortable with Agile methodology and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Take full architectural ownership of Dynamics on prem to Dynamics 365 migration.
Lead case management, field service, and sales/marketing aspects via internal and vendor resources.
Collaborate across teams to support cloud-first change programmes.
Ensure governance, security, and performance considerations.
