Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations.
• Ability to lead pre-sales and delivery processes for ERP projects.
• Proven design-thinking approach to identify customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment of customer imperatives, goals and challenges.
• Lead or support D365 F&SCM workshops with stakeholders across pre-sales, sales and delivery.
• Apply design-led thinking to identify customer needs and accelerate transformation.
• Oversee Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementation from start-up to production cut-over.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements with business objectives.
• Provide high-level knowledge of the D365 F&SCM cloud platform and lead POCs.
