Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is recruiting a Property Adjuster for Milton Keynes/Northampton. You will manage domestic property claims, visit homes, coordinate contractor visits, and settle settlements while maintaining clear documentation and client communication.

The role offers hybrid working between our office and home with training and progression opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel by car.
• Understanding of home insurance policy and domestic property basics.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving with capacity to manage multiple claims.
• Effective time management to plan visits and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of domestic property claims in Milton Keynes/Northampton.
• Visit claimants at their homes and coordinate contractor visits.
• Prepare and settle claim settlements with clear documentation.
• Maintain professional communication with policyholders, insurers and suppliers.
• Prioritise tasks and manage multiple claims efficiently.
