Serco Berkshire is hiring a Disability Assessor on a full- or part-time basis in Reading. You will conduct health assessments and prepare evidence-based reports to support benefit decisions, in a structured, multidisciplinary setting with full training and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered healthcare professional.
• 12 months post-registration experience (within last 5 years).
• Active registration with no restrictions.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional health assessments (face-to-face, telephone, or video).
• Assess a range of physical and mental health conditions.
• Apply clinical judgement and evidence-based decision making.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing CPD and clinical training.
