Serco USA is seeking a Functional Assessor in Gloucester with hybrid working arrangements. The role involves conducting functional health assessments and preparing detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.

You can engage with customers by phone, in person, or online, using strong communication and observational skills to ensure accurate information collection. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £42,000 per year with uplifts in the first 12 months.

Formación

• One year of post-registration experience as a nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or other registered health professional (OT, PT, Paramedic or Pharmacist).
• Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC/HCPC or equivalent) and an active PIN.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with customers by phone, face to face or online.
• Carry out functional health assessments and gather accurate, detailed information.
• Produce fair, high-quality reports on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions.
