Job summary

Alto Software Group is seeking a proactive Digital Workplace Platform Engineer to design, secure, and evolve our core enterprise infrastructure across Google Workspace, Entra ID, macOS and Windows. You will automate provisioning, manage identities, and drive zero-touch deployments while coordinating with security and IT ops.

You will lead migrations, enforce security baselines, and mentor the Digital Workplace team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning and delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations across Google Workspace and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, configuration and maintenance of enterprise cloud platforms.
• Build modern provisioning workflows and zero-touch deployment to reduce manual tasks.
• Manage user identities and groups across Active Directory/Entra ID, Google and LDAP.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations.
• Enforce OS and cloud security baselines, deploy endpoint protection and triage vulnerabilities.
• Serve as Tier-3 escalation point for EUC and Platforms teams.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, roadmaps and vendor SLAs.
• Mentor the Digital Workplace team and lead training for all staff.
