Job summary

Rightmove is seeking a hands-on Modern Workplace Engineer to drive our digital workplace transformation. You’ll own Google Workspace, Amazon Connect, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring secure, reliable collaboration for the UK’s leading property platform.

You’ll work across device management using Intune and JAMF, implement DEX tooling and automation, and partner with Security to embed identity protection and compliance.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Google Workspace administration experience.
• Proven Amazon Connect platform ownership and optimisation.
• Proven Atlassian administration across Jira/Confluence.
• Strong Microsoft 365 management including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Workspace with user lifecycle, access controls and security.
• Own Amazon Connect platform; optimise contact flows, queues and permissions.
• Shape Jira/Confluence with workflows, permissions, automation and governance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 stack: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Viva.
• Design and maintain device management via Intune and JAMF.
• Implement and monitor DEX tooling to improve end-user experience and performance.
• Automate provisioning and onboarding with PowerShell/Power Automate.
• Collaborate with Security to embed identity protection, CA, DLP and compliance policies.
• Document and share knowledge across the team.
