Job summary

Alto Software Group is hiring a Digital Workplace Platform Engineer in London. You will design and secure our enterprise cloud platforms across Google Workspace, Entra ID, macOS and Windows.

The role emphasizes automation, IAM, and Tenant migrations, with you acting as a technical authority in a hybrid Tower Bridge HQ setting. You’ll bridge cloud infrastructure and end-user productivity, mentor the Digital Workplace team, and drive security baselines and operational efficiency across the

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience migrating tenants between Google Workspace and Entra ID.
• Expert configuration management for macOS and Windows.
• Experience scaling endpoint management with Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Entra ID/Google.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization and cloud deployments.
• Proven incident management using multi-service ticketing tools with SLAs.
• Automation-first approach using scripting to standardise operations and security.
• Ability to lead without supervision and align cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication to translate complex plans for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, configuration and maintenance of enterprise cloud platforms.
• Develop and implement zero-touch provisioning and automation workflows.
• Manage identities and access across AD/Entra ID, Google and LDAP.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and platform restructures.
• Enforce security baselines and deploy endpoint protection.
• Serve as final escalation point for EUC and Platforms teams.
• Maintain governance, roadmaps and vendor SLAs; mentor the team.
