Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Transformation Senior Project Manager (Band 7) to lead the Trust-wide digital maturity programme across mental health, community, forensic and prison services. You will work with clinical, operational and digital teams to assess capability, identify priorities and deliver technology-enabled change that improves service quality and staff experience.

• 3 years’ experience of project management, staff engagement and change management.
• NHS experience preferred.
