Job summary

VIQU IT Recruitment is partnering with a leading NHS organisation in Wales to recruit a Digital Trainer on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Cardiff. You will design and deliver training to enable colleagues to adopt new digital technologies, including Microsoft 365 and clinical systems, working with Digital, Business Change and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT or digital training.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience creating training materials and user documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and adapt training for different audiences.
• Degree in Education, Learning & Development or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging digital training programmes.
• Deliver classroom and virtual training on Microsoft 365 and clinical systems.
• Create training materials, user guides and digital learning content.
• Conduct training needs analysis and tailor learning solutions.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new digital systems.
• Promote digital learning opportunities and support the Learning Management System (LMS).
