Job summary

VIQU IT is partnering with a leading NHS organisation in Wales to recruit a Digital Trainer for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Cardiff. You will design and deliver training to enable staff to adopt new technologies across Microsoft 365 and clinical systems, working with Digital, Business Change and operations teams.

You will deliver engaging classroom and virtual training, develop training materials, and support LMS adoption to drive digital transformation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT or digital training.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience creating training materials and user documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and tailor training for different audiences.
• Degree in Education, Learning & Development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare, digital transformation or e-learning experience is advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a major digital transformation programme by designing and delivering training that enables colleagues to confidently adopt new technologies.

Working closely with Digital, Business Change and operational teams, you'll deliver engaging training on Microsoft 365, digital applications and clinical systems, helping drive digital adoption across the organisation.
