Venn Group are working with an Organisation in the South East to recruit a Head of Digital Technology, Operations and Cyber Security. This role is new to the organisational structure and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to shape a secure and resilient digital service.

• Senior experience across technology operations, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Strong technical judgement and communication skills.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing external partners.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of Digital Technology strategy.
• Engage stakeholders to design, deliver and improve services with SLAs and metrics.
• Champion user-centred design to improve customer and colleague experience.
• Lead planning and delivery of services and infrastructure to meet requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement projects with scope, cost and timelines.
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture and incident response capabilities.
• Manage suppliers, partners and licensing for value.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
