Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience across technology operations, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Strong technical judgement, commercial awareness and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
• Set high standards for operational performance and cyber resilience.
• Ensure cloud and on-premise technology is reliable, secure and usable.
• Shape strategy, lead service improvement and manage key technology partners.
• Lead resilience and incident response and deputise for the Director when required.
