Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in Maidenhead is recruiting a Digital Support Officer on a full-time fixed-term basis (up to 12 months) with hybrid working. You will support IT services, help maintain the website and online forms, and serve as an escalation point for user inquiries.

The role requires strong IT knowledge, organisational skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure smooth digital services and user experience. Salary is £30,193–£34,104 per annum.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to plan, deliver and monitor tasks to deadlines.

Responsibilities
