Job summary

Kin Collective Recruitment in the UK is partnering with a growing digital marketing agency to recruit a Performance / Paid Media Account Manager. You will manage PPC and paid social campaigns, plan strategies, optimise campaigns, and deliver clear performance reporting to clients.

Hybrid role with one day per week in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate has around three years’ paid media experience, strong data-minded thinking, budget oversight and confident client communication, with room to grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media experience, agency background preferred.
• Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Ability to plan, optimise and report on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising PPC and paid social campaigns
• Producing performance reports and insights for clients
• Monitoring budgets and spend across accounts
• Reviewing landing pages and conversion paths
• Collaborating with SEO, content, web and creative teams
• Supporting client growth opportunities and strategy discussions
