Job summary

Darling Moo Talent Ltd. is partnering with a Cambridge organisation to hire a Digital Learning Specialist to join their Learning & Development team. The role focuses on creating engaging digital learning experiences and exploring how AI and emerging technologies can shape how people learn.

You will own your work, bring new ideas, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to tailor learning solutions and continuously improve learning platforms and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience within digital learning, L&D, learning technology or a related area.
• Some experience creating digital learning content.
• Confidence using learning platforms and technology.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.

Digital Learning Specialist

Location: Cambridge (3 days in the office)

Salary: up to £45,000

Contract: Full time, permanent

We’re partnering with a prestigious Cambridge organisation who are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to join their established Learning & Development team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing together learning, technology and new ideas. You’ll play an important part in developing engaging learning experiences across the business, while also exploring how emerging technology and AI can help shape the way people learn and develop.

It’s a role with plenty of scope to make it your own. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, try new approaches and continue building your expertise as the role develops.
