Job summary

Housing Rights Service is seeking an experienced Digital Communications and Marketing Officer to join our policy and development team at the Skainos Centre, Belfast, with hybrid working options. The role leads the development and execution of an effective communications strategy to raise awareness of our services.

You will have a relevant communications or marketing qualification and at least three years' experience in a similar role, with proven skills in social media, digital campaigns,

Qualifications

• Relevant communications or marketing qualification.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a communications and marketing role.
• Experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
• Experience in project and event management and handling multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Canva, media relations and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Managing marketing and public relations activities to raise awareness of Housing Rights services.
• Overseeing membership engagement, event management and fundraising support.
• Coordinating design and production of corporate information and promotional materials.
• Proposing innovative communications and marketing solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Strengthening internal and external communications to enhance stakeholder engagement.
