AAH Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a customer service specialist for a hybrid role to handle inbound digital queries via Live Chat, email, efax and Salesforce, while aiming for KPI targets and delivering excellent service.

You will also manage AAH social media queries via Orlo, triage issues to the correct department or branch, and provide proactive problem solving to improve customer experience across channels.

Formación

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a can-do approach.
• Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
• Experience in customer service and complaint handling.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound Live Chat, email and efax and Salesforce to address queries and meet KPIs.
• Log queries, e-returns and complaints to support KPI targets.
• Monitor workload and close serious complaints within required timescales.
• Stay up-to-date with key company messages and required e-learning.
