Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for its Digital team in Glasgow. You will shape how technology, processes and people come together to deliver meaningful change across the organisation.

You will work with stakeholders to understand challenges, drive improvements, and manage multiple initiatives from discovery to delivery. The role offers hybrid working (40% home) and a clear path to evolve the Business Analysis capability.

Qualifications

• Experience across full project lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Strong analytical thinking with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with data, reporting and analysis to measure value of digital change.

Responsibilities
