Strathclyde Partnership for Transport in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital team. You will shape how technology, processes and people come together to deliver meaningful change across the organisation.

You will partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and drive improvements, taking ownership from discovery through to delivery. This is a diverse, delivery‑focused role overseeing a portfolio from legacy system replacements to modernising business

Qualifications

• Experience across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through to user story creation, delivery planning, testing and implementation.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear business needs and requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops, mapping processes and analysing customer journeys.
• Experience working with data, reporting and analysis to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape how technology, processes and people come together to deliver meaningful change across the organisation.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and drive improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities, working independently from discovery through to delivery.
