Babcock is seeking a Digital Learning Advisor in Lyneham (Swindon area) for a hybrid, full-time role. You will influence how training is delivered across remote and onsite settings, collaborating with designers, SMEs, and media teams to ensure engaging, accessible learning that aligns with defence standards.

The role offers exposure to complex training programmes, developing digital learning expertise, and a long-term career within a trusted defence organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in virtual learning environments, preferably Moodle.
• Experience in learning and development or pedagogical practice.
• Technical understanding of digital learning technologies and tools.
• Experience training individuals or groups on new technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the effective use of technology within blended learning design.
• Work closely with course designers, media teams, and subject matter experts.
• Support, review, and quality check virtual learning environment content.
• Ensure learning design aligns with Defence Systems Approach to Training and JSP 822.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in digital learning solutions.
