Citizens Advice Liverpool is seeking a Debt Advice Caseworker to provide in-person high-quality debt advice and casework to clients across the Liverpool area. The role requires empathy, accuracy and the ability to handle complex information.

You will mentor colleagues, work with the team and external organisations, and may be asked to perform other tasks. The post offers 35 hours per week, a fixed-term contract to 30 June 2027, with hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home,
