ASK4 is seeking an experienced data and integration specialist to lead the data, integration and migration workstream on a 10‑month transformation programme in the United Kingdom. The role combines planning, cutover, and stabilisation with hybrid work between our Sheffield HQ and home.

A salary of £80,000 per year is offered, with extensive benefits and long‑term career value. You will define data cleansing, migration, and integration standards, produce detailed delivery plans, review supplier

Qualifications

• Experience leading data integration and migration workstreams from planning to cutover.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP data models and cross-system integration challenges.
• Delivery management capability with milestone planning and governance.
• Ability to review supplier solutions, designs and delivery approaches.
• Confidently engage with senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data, integration and migration workstream end‑to‑end from planning through cutover.
• Define strategies, standards and principles for data cleansing, migration, integration and management.
• Produce workstream plans, milestones, resource assumptions and delivery reporting.
• Review and challenge supplier proposals, coordinating across internal teams and suppliers.
• Own workstream governance, RAID management and escalation of blockers.
• Monitor integration delivery, testing progress and cutover readiness.
• Advise programme leadership on risks, dependencies and mitigation.
• Guide creation of development and test environments for deployment readiness.
