Spinwell Ltd is recruiting a Data Migration Lead for a large-scale public sector programme. Hybrid role based in Bristol, with three days in the office and travel to London/Reading as needed.

SC clearance is requested, and the role supports HR data migration across the Oracle Fusion landscape. The successful candidate will lead data migration planning, cleansing, mapping, validation and cutover readiness, coordinating across military and civilian stakeholders and governance forums to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration in a complex programme or transformation environment.
• Data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and cutover readiness experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying data quality issues.
• Experience establishing governance, controls or assurance arrangements to improve data quality.
• Ability to lead through others, set direction and manage priorities across stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technical and delivery partner teams.
• Ability to communicate complex data or technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with evidence-based recommendations.
• Understanding of data protection and handling sensitive people data.
• Comfort operating in a changing programme with risk, issues and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for planning, coordination and assurance of HR data migration activity across the programme.
• Shape and drive data cleansing, data mapping, attribute validation, reconciliation and migration readiness.
• Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, delivery partners and governance forums to ensure proper resourcing and standards.
• Establish ways of working, governance and assurance mechanisms to support high-quality data migration.
