ASK4 is seeking an experienced data and integration specialist to lead the data, integration and migration workstream on a 10‑month transformation programme in the United Kingdom. The role combines planning, cutover, and stabilisation with hybrid work between our Sheffield HQ and home.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data integration and migration workstreams from planning to cutover.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP data models and cross-system integration challenges.

• Confidently engage with senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data, integration and migration workstream end‑to‑end from planning through cutover.
• Define strategies, standards and principles for data cleansing, migration, integration and management.
• Produce workstream plans, milestones, resource assumptions and delivery reporting.
• Review and challenge supplier proposals, coordinating across internal teams and suppliers.
• Own workstream governance, RAID management and escalation of blockers.
• Monitor integration delivery, testing progress and cutover readiness.
• Advise programme leadership on risks, dependencies and mitigation.
• Guide creation of development and test environments for deployment readiness.

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced data and integration specialist.
• We need someone who has proven experience leading complex technology or transformation workstreams from planning through to cutover and stabilisation.
• We require strong expertise in data migration, ETL processes, reconciliation and validation techniques.
• We need knowledge of SAP ERP data models and cross-system integration challenges, with a strong understanding of ERP data and integration design, ideally SAP Public Cloud.
• We require strong delivery management capability, including milestone planning, progress reporting, issue resolution and stakeholder escalation.
• We are looking for experience reviewing supplier solutions, technical designs and delivery approaches.
• We need someone who is confident engaging with senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams while balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery leadership.
• SAP Activate certification or working knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you lead the data, integration and migration workstream end-to-end, from planning through to cutover and stabilisation.
• We will expect you to define the strategies, standards and principles governing data cleansing, migration, integration and management.
• We will have you produce detailed workstream plans, milestones, resource assumptions and delivery reporting.
• We will have you review and challenge supplier proposals, coordinating integration and migration work across internal teams, suppliers and business SMEs.
• We will have you own workstream delivery governance, including RAID management, action tracking, dependency coordination and escalation of blockers.
• We will have you monitor and validate integration delivery, testing progress, defect resolution and cutover readiness.
• We will ask you to advise and influence programme leadership on risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies.
• We will have you guide the creation of development and test environments, supporting robust, measurable deliverables and deployment readiness.
