Citigroup in Belfast is hiring a Data Risk and Governance Analyst to support rollout of enterprise data governance standards, monitor compliance metrics, and help teams translate policy into everyday processes across the organization.

You will oversee data-related issues, coordinate with risk and controls teams, contribute to policy development, and operate in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days remote. 5–8 years of experience and strong MS Office skills expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related field.
• Strong project management to coordinate across stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear, confident communication across organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and analyze data-related issues, track ownership, dates, and metrics.
• Prepare inputs for risk and controls materials with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with 2nd/3rd line defense teams on data risk topics.
• Provide regional expertise on data control framework and self-assessment processes.
• Support enterprise data governance rollout and taxonomy changes.
• Prepare metrics for stakeholders and regulators on progress and risks.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide data governance policies and standards.
