Job summary

Saxon Weald is recruiting a Housing Hazards Case Manager to lead responses to housing hazard cases within the HomeFix team. You will oversee complex investigations and remedial actions, coordinating across Housing and HomeFix to ensure timely, customer-focused service.

You will use data to identify trends, reduce risks, and support continuous improvement across our services while maintaining safe and healthy homes for our customers.

Qualifications

• Has experience within housing, repairs, property services, compliance or a related environment.
• Understands housing hazards and the importance of maintaining safe and healthy homes.
• Can manage complex cases and balance customer, operational and compliance requirements.
• Builds positive working relationships and works effectively across different teams.
• Uses data and information to monitor performance, identify risks and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex housing hazard cases and coordinate investigations and remedial actions.
• Lead our response to housing hazard cases to meet HHSRS and legal duties.
• Collaborate with Housing and HomeFix teams to deliver timely, customer-focused service.
• Use data to identify trends, inform improvements and reduce future risks.
• Communicate confidently with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders.
