Saga Travel is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team in Folkestone. You will develop dashboards using Power BI and SQL, partnering with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and the wider business to turn data into actionable insights.

Expect to work with Azure/Snowflake platforms, improve data models, and support data-driven decisions across trading and customer insights. You will engage with colleagues to define KPIs, deliver reliable reporting, and help advance

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Analytics, CS, Statistics, Mathematics).
• Experience delivering dashboards/reports that support business decisions.
• Experience building reports in Power BI or Tableau with data modelling.
• Strong SQL querying and stakeholder collaboration to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define KPIs.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and management reports in Power BI.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to explain business performance and guide decisions.
• Ensure data quality by collaborating with Data Engineering to resolve issues.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for trading and wider business.
• Support self-serve analytics adoption through coaching and training.
