Job summary

Dals is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team in the UK. You will support reporting, data quality initiatives and insight generation across the organisation, working with Power BI, SQL and other modern analytics tools.

This is an excellent entry point to develop technical and business knowledge while contributing to real-world improvements. Hybrid working is available after training, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week.

Qualifications

• Degree in data analytics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Support business users by providing data extracts, reports and analysis.
• Assist with gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Produce accurate and timely management information for operational teams.
• Monitor and investigate data quality issues.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Produce documentation for reports, datasets and processes.
• Respond to reporting queries and provide user support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Data & Analytics function.
