Saga Travel is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team in the UK. You will work with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and the wider business to turn questions into reliable reporting and actionable insights, using Power BI and SQL to build dashboards and reports.

You will partner with Trading, Finance and the wider business to define KPIs, translate business questions into analytics, and support data-driven decision making.

Formación

• A relevant degree or above in a quantitative field is desirable.
• Experience in a BI or Data Analyst role delivering dashboards/reports that support business decision-making.
• Experience building reports in Power BI or Tableau with data modelling.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and exploring data.
• Experience delivering end-to-end reporting solutions from requirements to insights.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Curious, proactive problem-solver who enjoys exploring data.
• Good organisation and prioritisation to manage multiple requests.
• Exposure to modern data platforms (Azure, Fabric, Snowflake) or tools like Python or R is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain dashboards and management reports using Power BI.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis with SQL and BI tools to explain performance.
• Interpret trends and communicate insights to support trading and business outcomes.
• Ensure accuracy of reporting by collaborating with Data Engineering on data issues.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support adoption of self-serve analytics through user guidance and training.
• Contribute to evolving data models and advanced analytics like segmentation, experimentation and forecasting.
