Job summary

Network IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a Data Analyst Developer to join its Data & Analytics function in a hybrid Birmingham role. You will build and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions, leveraging Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, dbt, Tableau, and Alteryx.

You will engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, explore AI-enabled analytics, and contribute to data governance and quality across platforms.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in a technical/data/IT field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience building reports/dashboards with Power BI/Tableau; SAP BusinessObjects or similar BI platforms acceptable.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to transform and analyse large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake and data transformation tools like dbt/Alteryx.
• Familiarity with data governance, quality, and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Design data pipelines, refresh schedules and reporting environments.
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics, IT and business functions.
• Enable AI-enabled analytics and innovative reporting approaches.
• Document standards and ensure data governance across reporting solutions.
• Provide user training and support across the organisation.
