Job summary

Bcbgroup is seeking a data-focused professional to build and own dbt models and Omni dashboards in a hybrid London-based role. You will clarify business requests, investigate data issues, and deliver reliable, well-documented reporting.

You will contribute to AI-enabled processes and regulatory reporting, collaborating with a small team. You will work across the modern data stack, ensuring end-to-end data quality from source to dashboard, and you will be expected to commute to the London office

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in analytics or data roles in a Modern Data Stack.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and Git.
• Meticulous with numbers and able to investigate discrepancies.
• Comfortable using AI to streamline work.
• Able to explain technical data problems to non-technical colleagues.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a small team.
• Able to commute to the London office 1–2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dbt models and Omni dashboards.
• Clarify loosely defined requests from business teams and deliver what they need.
• Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and fix them at the source.
• Write tests and documentation to ensure data reliability.
• Update and deliver regulatory reports.
• Own reports and dbt models end-to-end, from source to dashboard, and help move reporting onto Omni Direct.
• Review AI-heavy workflows, and collaborate on problems that require deeper analysis.
