Job summary

MG OMD is seeking a Data Solutions Manager to lead data governance, quality and delivery across client projects in a hybrid London setting. You will partner with data engineers, BI teams and stakeholders to define requirements, build dashboards and ensure compliant data processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with data pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and delivering Power BI dashboards and BI projects. You will mentor juniors and promote data culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, data quality, data integration and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple data projects from initiation to delivery.
• Hands-on with data pipelines, dashboards and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients and projects using standardised data solutions.
• Collaborate with data SMEs to ensure compliance and governance across projects.
• Lead dashboard development from requirements to training end users.
• Mentor junior team members and promote data best practices.
• Work with data engineers and business users to ensure efficient data delivery.
