Job summary

Ceox Services Ltd. is seeking a D365 & Power Platform Support Consultant to join our Managed Service team in Guildford.

You’ll provide hands-on 2nd and 3rd line IT support for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure integrations, resolving complex incidents and delivering fixes and enhancements. You will liaise with customers, balance low-code development with secure, maintainable solutions, and ensure platform reliability while adhering to ITIL-aligned SLAs.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Pages and Power Automate.
Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management and Application Insights.
SQL, Power BI and data troubleshooting.
Proven troubleshooting across live production systems and integrations.
Good understanding of Dataverse data models, security and business logic.
Experience with solution-based ALM and controlled deployments.
Strong customer and stakeholder communication skills.
Professional Services, consultancy or multi-customer Managed Service experience.
UK Public Sector experience.
Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
Experience working to SLAs within ITIL-aligned environments.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-200 or PL-900.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve 2nd and 3rd line incidents within SLAs.
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, integrations and Azure services.
Identify root causes and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Build, test and deploy fixes and small enhancements.
Use solution-based ALM and controlled deployment processes.
Monitor platform health and release waves, manage risks.
Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.
Maintain support documentation and runbooks.
Manage priorities across multiple customer environments.
Support transition of new solutions into Managed Service.
