Job summary

Ceox in Guildford, UK, seeks a D365 & Power Platform Support Consultant to join the Managed Service team, supporting public sector Microsoft solutions.

This hands-on 2nd/3rd line role investigates and resolves issues across Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Azure integrations, delivering fixes, monitoring health, and keeping systems secure.

You’ll balance rapid low-code development with robust, maintainable solutions and collaborate closely with customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Pages and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF and Dataverse Web API.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management and Application Insights.
• SQL, Power BI and data troubleshooting.
• Proven troubleshooting experience across live production systems and integrations.
• Understanding of Dataverse data models, security and business logic.
• Experience with ALM and controlled deployments.
• Strong customer and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve 2nd and 3rd line incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, integrations and Azure services.
• Identify root causes and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Build, test and deploy fixes and small enhancements.
• Use solution-based ALM, source control and controlled deployment processes.
• Monitor platform health, Microsoft release waves and potential technical risks.
• Work directly with customers and explain technical issues clearly.
• Maintain support documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Manage priorities across multiple customer environments.
• Support the transition of new solutions into Managed Service.
