Zego is hiring for a customer support role in London. You will assist customers by phone and email, providing professional, empathetic service and resolving Sales & Support inquiries.

You will learn our products thoroughly and input data into our system, while working in a hybrid London-based setup with training at the office. Applicants should show proven call centre performance, a passion for customer experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, handling Sales & Support enquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support over the phone.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude and build trust with customers on the phone.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by email and live chat.
• Build knowledge of products to answer questions accurately.
• Input customer information into in-house system.
