Job summary

Zego is hiring a Customer Support Advisor to assist customers by phone, email and live chat, handling Sales & Support inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction. You will build product knowledge to answer questions and input data into our in-house system.

The role requires experience in a high-performing call centre, a passion for customer experience, strong listening and rapport-building skills, and the ability to multitask and learn quickly. London-based training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-performing target-driven call centre.
• Strong commitment to customer experience and advocacy.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to build rapport.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Adaptable to change and quick to learn.
• Willing to attend London office for two weeks of training.
• Able to work 37.5 hours remotely between 8:00 and 19:00, Mon–Sun.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, dealing with Sales & Support inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support over the phone.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude and build trust with customers on the phone.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by email and live chat.
• Build knowledge of products to answer questions.
• Input customer information into in-house system.
