Job summary

Arco Professional Safety Services Ltd is hiring a Customer Support Advisor to join the Safety Services Training Team. You will be the first line of support, handling customer contact and delivering an excellent customer journey.

The role is hybrid—3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Hours are 08:00–16:30 with a 1 hour lunch break. You’ll manage inquiries, bookings, and admin tasks while maintaining SLA targets and quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Diary management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent IT skills (CRM proficiency is desirable).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, orders, and website enquiries within SLAs.
• Record customer enquiries on the CRM system and update communications.
• Prioritise bookings based on Instructor diary availability and coordinate diary, hotels and travel.
• Provide customers with updates on delays, issues and progression of orders.
• Use own judgement to ensure first contact resolution and liaise with other departments.
