• Experience in a customer-facing environment with multi-functional roles.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and product advice.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on a multi-functional site.
• Conduct face fit testing as an accredited tester and maintain best practice.
• Advise on safety equipment selection and support hires, servicing and maintenance.
• Greet delegates, sign-in, deliver inductions and ensure site safety.
• Support sales across Arco and Safety Services and drive retail targets.
• Make outbound calls to promote services and offers.
