Office Angels is seeking a Temporary Customer Operations Executive in Covent Garden. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 at home) with 9:00-18:00 Mon-Thu and 9:00-17:00 Fri, plus occasional weekends. Start ASAP for 3+ months, paying £14.85 per hour.

You will resolve inquiries, drive customer success, and support the EV charging journey. Candidates should be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and able to meet KPIs while collaborating with the support team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer support role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Zendesk/Freshdesk/Intercom).
• Ability to handle technical queries related to products.

• Resolve inbound customer queries via phone with timely solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers to remove obstacles.
