Qualifications

• Customer-focused, calm and empathetic when guiding clients through stressful situations.
• Excellent target and KPI drive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Clear, persuasive communication via phone, email, and chat.
• Strong tech aptitude with adaptability to new systems (Salesforce a major plus).
• Highly organized with attention to logging tasks and meeting deadlines in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead management & sales support: record inquiries, qualify opportunities, schedule site visits.
• Own customer journey end-to-end for residential/commercial/insurance clients with clear updates.
• Execute project administration, process insurance claims, manage complaints and identify service gaps.
