Job summary

IFS.ai Logistics seeks a Customer Adoption Consultant to lead onboarding, drive product adoption, and build value evidence across customer accounts. You will coordinate training, monitor usage, and collaborate with Product Operations and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasises structured delivery, cross-functional engagement and continuous improvement, with hybrid work options and a focus on turning feedback into actionable next steps.

Qualifications

• Approximately two or more years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success or related role.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage actions, deadlines, documentation and multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to facilitate working sessions with customers.
• Comfort using data and customer evidence to monitor progress and identify issues.
• Good Excel capability and confidence learning SaaS platforms and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured customer onboarding from handover to first value, using playbooks and governance.
• Enable product adoption through learning plans, milestones and success measures.
• Monitor usage and engagement; follow up on barriers and propose interventions.
• Support embedding the platform into routine logistics, finance and operations workflows.
• Gather feedback and translate into evidence for Product, Engineering and operations teams.
