Job summary

IFS is seeking a Customer Adoption Consultant to help customers onboard, adopt, and realise value from IFS.ai Logistics. Working within the adoption operating model and with coaching from a Customer Adoption Manager, you will coordinate activities, ensure delivery discipline and translate customer feedback into actions.

This role focuses on onboarding, training, and embedding the platform into logistics and operations.

Qualifications

• Approximately two or more years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, onboarding, implementation, consulting, project coordination or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage actions, deadlines, documentation and multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication and confidence facilitating working sessions with customers.
• Comfort using data and customer evidence to monitor progress, identify issues and prepare concise updates.
• Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or a complex enterprise process; delivery of software training or adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured customer onboarding from handover through first value using playbooks, templates and governance.
• Translate customer goals into practical use cases, learning plans, milestones and measures of success; deliver training.
• Monitor usage, engagement and completion of activities; follow up on barriers and recommend interventions.
• Maintain accurate account records, adoption metrics and value evidence; prepare materials for reviews and executive meetings.
• Improve adoption practices by updating playbooks, sharing lessons learned, and ensuring data governance.
