Job summary

IFS is seeking a Customer Adoption Consultant to onboard clients to IFS.ai Logistics, drive value realization, and coordinate adoption activities. You will work within an adoption operating model, coordinating data, training, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes.

You will translate customer goals into practical use cases, create learning plans, and monitor progress while collaborating with Product Operations and engineering to remove adoption barriers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS customer-facing roles such as onboarding or implementation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured customer onboarding using playbooks and governance.
• Translate customer goals into practical adoption plans and milestones.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions for product adoption.
• Monitor usage and engagement, and address barriers with interventions.
• Maintain accurate adoption metrics and prepare progress updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and feed product feedback into teams.
